Membership not only supports the Tek-Gnostic infrastructure, it supports and strengthens a world view (consensual reality) whereby the interaction between individual and universe becomes the prime interface that sustains universal manifestation. In our little corner of universe, each entity, especially each human entity acts as a stabilizing transmitter of universal form. We have modeled our community after the ancient Craft Guilds of medieval times, similar to the guilds of weavers, masons and architects of the 11th century in Europe. The Tek-Gnostics master oversees all apprentices... usually, for a fixed term of between nine to eighteen months. After this, an apprentice becomes a journeyman. Once a journeyman can provide proof of his/her technical and esoteric understanding, by submitting his/her "masterpiece," he/she may rise in the guild to the level of master.
