To occupy a
sentient body in 3-dimentional space-time
necessitates that universe be dual in nature:
Light/Dark, Yin/Yang, Observer/Observed, etc. It
would not be possible to bask in the warmth of
light without the contrast of the shadow of
darkness. For earthlings, the interface between
us and universe is our senses. To collectively
understand what we perceive, we co-create a
shared framework or "matrix"
to suspend universe in. We choose to share this
matrix so we can talk about it to one another and
cooperate in what we have invented. Since human
earthlings have big brains and opposable thumbs,
they have the capacity to conceptualize and
create intricate systems to help describe their
world.
They also have the means to create and
manipulate tools to assist them in the
exploration of their world. For the purposes of
understanding and working with the artifacts
(tools) of the Tek-Gnostic, it is desirable to
agree to talk about them. This may sound absurd
but this is the very basis of communication. True
communication is only possible among equals who
agree to share information.

 |
This is one of the
most redeeming aspects of being an earthling... we can agree
to communicate information through various mediums. These mediums
include, but are not limited to intellectual, emotional,
musical, abstract and just plain
weird. The form
is a vehicle for the information. Information, contemplated
over time, is knowledge. Knowledge, tempered with
compassion, becomes wisdom. As we explore and interact with
universe, we gain expertise, knowledge and hopefully wisdom
in how we can best interact in our co-creation. |

|
The goal of Tek-Gnostics is to share expertise on the workings of
our universal matrix... To facilitate through a variety of
techniques (technologies) the direct experience (gnosis) of the
unbroken thread of human knowledge and wisdom. We will
pursue different cultural paths, both ancient and modern, as well as
various
tools and artifacts, that may prove useful to our endeavor. We will also
utilize various psychological models such as Dr. Timothy Leary's
Eight Circuits of Consciousness to explore our own nervous system
and how it interacts with universe.
